In conjunction with its development of Annapolis Towne Centre, Greenberg Gibbons and Petrie Ross Ventures helped fund and build the nearby Mount Olive Community Life Center, providing a new community hub for job training and after-school programs in the Parole neighborhood of Annapolis.
